The House has just voted to impeach President Trump for the second time – making him the only US president to ever be impeached twice. The resolution passed 232 to 197. The impeachment resolution the House voted on charges Trump with a single article, “incitement of insurrection” for his role in last week’s deadly Capitol riot. CNN’s Zachary B. Let me see if I have this correct Trumpsters: Trump refused to accept the results of the election and for months, falsely claiming that there was voter fraud. That claim was completely debunked and proven false. In spite of losing every court case and the election being certified by every State and The Electoral College. Trump continued to lie to his supporters about him losing the election. He then encouraged his supporters to gather January 6th at The Capital to support these lies. At that gathering, He gave a speech to the crowd repeating these lies and told them to march to the Capital Building. His supporters were waving Trump flags and wearing MAGA hats, were armed, broke through police barriers, killed a policeman, chanted “hang Pence”destroyed and stole government property and tried to overthrow the election and Constitution. Now his cult is claimed that this insurrection and act of domestic terrorism was not his doing? Right. Sounds legit.
