He was investigated and said before he showed up to the call he already made up his mind he would not use the tazer as it hadnt worked before AND if the suicidal person approached him within his imaginary line of ten feet he would shoot! The victim was suicidal and was walking! The family called for help, not a murderer! That is premeditated! The victim wasnt even in reach as he was walking with a razor blade he used on himself! The family sued and won, the nasty police officer walked! Police get discretion or just CERTAIN police???? This is more than a race issue, this same black officer stated “all the police would get their jobs back, mark his words” about the knee to neck used on george as he himself used as well. What is corrupt is EVIL and the ones who allow it!!
2ºThe tricky part in pulling off the murder charges was the inclusion of felonious assault. In Washington State you have 1st-degree murder: the premeditated intent to kill and then kill somebody and 2nd-degree murder: the intent to kill and then kill somebody.
With that, they couldn't be charged with any degree of murder. It's likely the same in many states.
However, there is an addendum. If a person is committing a felony and a person dies during that felony, then they can be charged with murder. It's likely the same in many states.
For those that might be wondering why they can be charged with murder without intent....

Out of those 10 MILLION arrests, there were 1,004 officer-involved fatalities.
Out of those 1,004 officer-involved fatalities, 41 were unarmed.
Out of those 41-officer involved unarmed fatalities (now you might find it hard to believe I know), but out of 41 deaths, now hear this.
19 were white - 9 were black.
Now 1 is 1 too many, but to me, 41 out of 10 million is a pretty small percentage! (.00041%)
Now ask me how many police officers were killed in the line of duty... c'mon, take a wild guess...
89 police officers, but where was the news media when those took place?
Just to bring it home, take a guess as to how many people were shot in CHICAGO just this last weekend. In Chicago last weekend 82 people were shot within a 48-hour period.
Of those 82 people 19 people died.
Yes, you got it. In Chicago last weekend alone, there were more black people killed by (wait for it...) black people than were killed by police in all of last year!
