His ex-wife knew of his anger towards his co-workers, and was often subjected to his fury.
It's a shame she didn't report his behaviors. Not that it was her job to do so. It's just that we as a society have to realize that most people with mental problems that are a danger to others, in most cases are certainly not going get help on their own.

3ºA lot of times a guy will become a serial killer over the fact he doesn't have a friend giving him any on the weekends and as a result he gets very wound up, frustrated, bitter and desperately wants to come. If he had a companion that would have stopped him from him from murdering a few innocent bystanders. It's not good being a loner then on top of that under a lot of stress. He had a lot of pent up tension and that's what made him snap out of the blue. It's mind boggling and depressing how a few innocent people who were minding their business ended up being the target of a destined serial killer. At least the gunman did America a huge favor and turned the pistol on himself firing a round ending his life because it's a lot better than him living while innocent bystanders had to die for no apparent reason whatsoever.
