actions speak louder than words. The amount of effort to continuously oppress brown and black populations speaks volumes to their true worth. Aren't they tired? Can't imagine that being my career. Constantly trying to uphold the lie put in place ~400 years ago. You are not superior, you are not righteous, this YOU already know. You are untrustworthy, and have no conscious about your deceitful, ways. Your way of life today was not earned in a respectful way. You've built cheat codes into the laws governing how we live today to ensure they benefit you. You have no merit or integrity and you know this. You'll do whatever it takes to cover that up and it gets harder and harder with the evolution of technology and a growing diverse populations. You are so afraid of the truth coming out, you'll do whatever it takes in the name of "intelligence and national security" to cover it up. Aren't YOU tired?

Some people, keep telling Black people and people of color to just get over it. How on GOD'S green Earth can we get over it when it continuously happens? Why don't they get over it? Because this is just a taught hate, and like I keep saying over and over and over again we all bleed red. Some people never want to see black and brown people get ahead in life, especially if they're achieving more in life than they are. It's just insane. Why not just move on to unification it would be a better world to live in. Stay to yourself if you don't want to be bothered build your own Island that's my answer and make sure you move to it after you build it. I am so fed up with all of this, young people brought up to hate. You put a room full of children together it doesn't matter what nationality ethnic background they're from, they will play all day long together until ignorant grown ups come in with their foolishness and separate the children which don't no any difference in the color of their playmates skin. Thank GOD for these precious innocent little children, they could teach the adults quite a bit about humanity and empathy ijs.

The 1 and only argument of go-to is “show ID.” They can’t read beyond that... if you can, THEN THATS where it becomes voter suppression, IDIOTS!! But I know....

I mean,, isn’t Texas Deep Red? Didn’t it stay red and even won extra seats. Then WTF change all these laws if it isn’t against you! TRUMP LOST because even true Republicans knew he wasn’t fit for this country! Get over it!!!

But we know, ABBOTT and everyone else is scared that black/brown show out in record numbers like they did in Georgia and take over!! Get ready - is all I’m saying!

Says Chris Cumo who got caught and admitted he secretly participated in plotting against victims of sexual harassment by his brother. And he made clear if it is a member of his family sexually harrassing people again, he'd do it again! His credibility on fighting against injustice is an insult and a joke now. He must have some pictures of CNN president to still keep his job. Brian Williams was fired for alot less than that. I have lost all respect for CNN after seeing what Jake Tapler said about this disgraceful act by what is supposed to be a journalist.

Let's keep this in the proper historical perspective. The Ku Klux Klan was founded by the Democratic Party in the south by Democrats who were unhappy with the Republican Abe Lincoln who had abolished slavery.

When Republican President Grant implemented Reconstruction to prevent southern Democrats from re-enslaving black people, the Ku Klux Klan became the para-military operating arm of the Democratic Party, which ordered and sanctioned Klan activities including murder, rape, arson and terrorizing of black citizens continued for 100+ years until weakened by the efforts conservative Democrat LBJ, in the mid 1960's and decimated under Republican Nixon who oversaw the complete destruction of the Klan as an operating entity.

Only remnants of the Klan exist today with activities limited to an occasional sparsely attended parade or other event or, yes, endorsing a political candidate whom they actually wish to harm.

antifa/blm has now replaced the Klan as the operating arm of the Democratic Party who leadership has embraced the terror inflicted upon our cities in 2020.

I am a staunch Democrat but I am all for tightening voting rules. I see nothing wrong with requiring identification at the polls. I do think a person should have to request a mail in ballot and that signatures be verified. I have always voted in person on election day and I don't understand all of the early voting. I didn't like waitingbuntil Saturday for a winner so I am all for votes being counted when recieved. I understand why we needed to relax rules in a pandemic but I don't think they need to stay relaxed. I do feel that the Republicans are pushing for the rulevrevisions because they can't win otherwise but then it is our responsibility to GET OUT AND VOTE BLUE!

I know this statement is going to summon the troll patrol I’m 60 years old. My mother told me to give folks the benefit of the doubt. Now, I believe that held me back! How I can trust a system. That tried and trying to keep me from the truth? Try to deter me from voting. Then tell me my experiences are divisive. Label me as blind, assuming that I can not think for myself and cannot think critically. I was station at Fort Sill Oklahoma. In the summer of 1999 me and my family left the state of Oklahoma. When I drove pass Oklahoma City and Tulsa Oklahoma I never seen the wrath of God. Until I drove pass those two city. Now, I ponder because this county is willing to hide the truth. Then speak to me with a lying tongue. You may say my heart now hold hate. That's okay. God has my back when I hate a capital sin.

THis is not Republicanism or conservatism, this is Putin style cheating, racism and fascism. And it is 1000% un-constitutional and dishonest. When Putin hacked our meat plants and pipelines while the far right threatens to remove our entire democracy, that proves that Putin now controls what used to be the GOP, considers himself at war with us and his main cudgel is voting rights removal, c heating, hacking and malicious lies (disinformation warfare as Robert Mueller confirmed),10 million lying Russian trolls posing as Americans radi calizing the former GOP, and the biggest troll of all is trump. But now half the GOP leaders have voluntarily become Putin-Trump trolls themselves and Putin even has a "new Trump" picked out in case Trump goes to prison, Ron Desantis. That neo fascist Russian financed governor, who along with Abbott in Texas and other GOP governors is waging a full-scale assault on voting rights and all rights really, including the right to free speech through protest, and even corporate rights to silence hate speech and deadly conspiracy theories. So if you are a peaceful BLM or anti-fascist protester you are a "terrorist" , but if you are a fascist or a rightwing conspiracy theorist you have the right to tell Putin-Trump's lies and even storm state houses with assault rifles. The clear intent, to overthrow democracy and put the president of the new USSR in charge of the crypto gangster neo fascist USA. So what can we do about this ongoing coup against our country? Well, we need Manchin, Sinema etc to cut the filibuster BS to pass some new laws, we need the court to overturn all the anti-American new GOP laws and then we need everyone who is not a far rightwing nut job to vote these GOP Putin puppet out of office and make sure Trump-Putinism dies a quick death, including Trump convicted and in prison and Putin crushed with extreme sanctions and counter-measures. And Republicans, quit blaming it falsely on China or any other straw culprits, this is Putin-Trump's fault, not anyone else's.

Just pass the federal law (HR1) by ending the filibuster and you don't even have to go at length about state laws backtracking. If there's a will, you can convince the 50 Democratic Senators to end it. You could say this is a one off exception at this point. Does Manchin, Sinema, et al. want to be known in history when conservative state legislature consolidated power and left a chance of corrupt people overturning elections in say Georgia and Texas. You stood by while the democratic process was undermined. What if these states have corrupt motives to win? The context of Republicans having lost last November and limiting voting points to their belief that more Democrats will vote, the more voting freedom there is. The aspect that points to a racist motivation is eliminating Sunday morning voting which was pushed in Texas and Georgia, Of course, that's suspect. That is part of a pattern of behavior that began with the Republicans focusing a lot on lawsuits in the Presidential election in the Fulton County area in Georgia, Detroit and Philadelphia. They happened to have a high percentage of blacks. They were high democratic areas, but was Detroit any higher than the big counties in Wisconsin. The wider question is that Republicans may be making it harder for Democrats to vote. But the Sunday morning voting issue, that one looks guilty. We're talking about the established ritual of souls to the polls. Any voting proposals that want to end it election day at 5PM, that's pretty ridiculous. The presumed motivation there is that Republicans would bank on conservative retirees having a greater impact because they are more the types that will go vote earlier in the day and workers in general would get shut out much. The thoughts on the proposed Texas law leaving the outcome of an election to a state judge who could overturn an election, possibly based on no or scant evidence of fraud or other untowardness, you sue to a higher court, take it to the Supreme Court if necessary. You base the suit on violation on substantive due process, which includes issues on the right to vote. Citizens could unjustly have their votes nullified.

10ºStates can not force '' Electors '' to vote for their Political Party's Nominee nor the Popular Vote Winner of their States ..the States can not use their ''Faithless Elector Law''' to force them to because the ''Precedent'' of McCulloch VS. Maryland prevents the States from removing an Elector or imposing a fine as a result of a vote for a candidate other than the nominee of their Party because it unconstitutionally interfers with a Federal Function and Federal Law is Supreme over State Law. Electors although chosen in the States derive their authority from the Federal Constitution and not the States. Electors should have Independent Judgement in deciding which person should be elected to hold office. ....BACA VS. COLORADO STATE DEPT.....In past cases, in the courts -view the U.S. Constitution empowers Electors to be free to vote as they choose in the Electoral College. In BURROWS VS. THE UNITED STATES the court found that neither Articles nor the 12th Amendment allows a State to remove an Elector or punish an Elector who cast votes for candidates other than the nominee of their party. Voting is an act of '' Discreation'' not subject to State control. ..We can not allow this kind of unconstitutional acts by the States. Then you wonder why Trump Supporters stormed Capitol Hill during the Electors vote count......The States wrongfully violated the Electors rights to freely vote in the ''Electoral College'' by imposing their unconstitutional ''Faithless Elector Law '' on them just to control their votes . When the Electors go to the ''Electoral College'' to do their task of voting for a President the States loose their power over them. Some of the Supreme Court Justice even violated the Electors right to freely vote in the ''Electoral College '' with their decision that the States ''Faithless Elector Law '' to be Constitutional while the '' Precedent '' had already been set that prevents States from removing an Elector or imposing a fine on them if they do not vote for the popular vote winner in their state or their political partys nominee.
