JUST IN: US investigators have recovered millions of dollars in cryptocurrency paid in ransom to hackers whose attack prompted the shutdown of the key East Coast pipeline last month, according to people briefed on the matter

1ºI think this is HORRIBLE! However, now corporate America knows how consumers feel when we pay for a service but if we do not sign away our lives, we can't even purchase the product. They have to have access to info on our phones, all of our contacts and their info. I was once told by a company who sells antivirus that even if I was successful in getting my info back I would not be able to get info from their third party affiliates in Europe, and I had no standardings in gettings my contacts info back! I told them you had no standing to steal it or give it away to your European affiliates. ( They went into every device including my laptop, my family's laptop, all of my documents, text, and pictures. I then told them they are worse than any virus I could ever get on my phone or computer!! Business is allowed to do what they want to us and our gov't protects businesses not us. The only time they smile at us and kiss our babies is during election time!! This is nothing new!!! Unfortunately,Americans still falling for thr Okey Doke!!!
