If we think about it people, the Democrat and Republican people are both suffering. They need good paying jobs, they need health care, They need good education, etc etc. and both Parties need to take care of Climate Change. This division is caused by Both Parties playing games. If you are a Rep/Dem did you vote for these politicians to Protect the Party or Protect We The People? Think about it. No matter what party you're on when has any of them protected us? They both come together to bail out the Banks with our tax $'s yet kick out the people from their homes the banks screwed, They come together with Billions of our Tax $'s to fund the War machine yet can't come together to help All of us Dem/Rep. According to the most recent ACS, the racial composition of West Virginia was: White: 93.08% Black or African American: 3.69% Two or more races: 1.77%. Now, which sets of numbers mean more to him, 93.08% or 3.69% plus 1.77% combined? No need to scratch your head to figure this one out. He says that "his" people aren't for this change. Now, you know why. He's telling you that they are all racists and he's good with that as long as they continue to re-elect him. So, where's the confusion?

It's a right wing party and a FAR right wing party. That's who governs you. Your CENTRISTS are the doofuses that think you can strike a balance between the two.

Joe Manchin is absolutely correct about the Philibuster, whichever party is in charge will have absolute power. Whenever the parties switch, legislation will change drastically and we'll have no sense of continuity
They don't have a concern the parties switching because they're moving on enough power grabs to ensure they never lose again. From trying to expand the Supreme Court, to adding DC and PR as states, nothing but a freaking power grab.

7ºSenator Joe Manchin III bipartisan would be great, but you know republicans refuse to do anything that Biden suggests..But holding off on the Voting Rights act is wrong. Its to save our democracy and freedom to vote. Republicans aren't just blocking democrats, they are even blocking their own voters. Making it harder is not what government and voting is about. As for the filibuster its a rule, its not part of the constitution which was initiated to stop reconstruction and equality rights. Why can't congress just debate and vote, with the majority to pass a bill...you do it on many other bills. There really is no legitimate reason to keep the filibuster. Republican or democrat, senators should vote their conscience based on facts and numbers, and what is good for the majority of Americans. Rethink your position, bipartisan is not the problem, wanting what is right for the country and Americans, versus what the 1% or corporations or power hungry politicians want.

1) Keep feeding the big lie that the election was stolen to keep the base of poorly educated foaming at the mouth.
2) Do whatever it takes to keep DC and Puerto Rico from becoming states and giving Democrats a secure Senate majority.
3) Pass as many voter restrictive laws in states they control to increase likelihood of gaining more Republican house seats.
4) Gerrymander districts in states where the 2020 census indicate change in representatives to maximize Republican house seats.
5) Block everything the Democrats try to accomplish and then blame them for nothing getting done.
6) Point out every negative in the world and again blame the Biden administration for it.
7) Actually pray for something disastrous to happen to the nation or economy so they can blame that on Democrats too.
So basically, lie, cheat, and steal their way back to power.
