Hi Guys! The infrastructures focus on housing and education. Will be allocated as follows: $213 billion for creating and retrofitting over 2 million housing units, with a $40 billion investment in public housing infrastructure. I know what you're thinking, but it's not a racial issue! I spent years assisting the elderly, disabled, veterans, mentally, emotionally, and psychologically challenged to find the resources necessary to provide them with the quality of life that each of us deserves. Consider the mother who in some cases may work up to three jobs to provide for their families. And families facing hard times. Do you know of anyone in this situation because of the pandemic?; $100 billion for UPGRADING and building public schools; $12 billion for COMMUNITY COLLEGE infrastructure: $25 billion for upgrading CHILDCARE facilities and making them more widely accessible (This is accompanied by a tax credit to incentivize building childcare at Americans' PLACES OF WORK); $18 billion to MODERNIZE VETERAN'S AFFAIRS HOSPITALS, as well as $10 billion for federal buildings; $400 billion towards home/community care for the ELDERLY and DISABLED (one of the areas I worked in). This would expand access, and seek to improve wages, benefits, and unionization for workers in the industry. This is an example of "taking care of things needing to be taken care of!" This is just another part of the infrastructure that the GOP wants the TAXPAYER to pay for. Again, Biden TRIED TO COMPROMISE! At first, he asked big businesses to pay 25%. McConnell made it clear that big businesses WOULD NOT! Biden RELUCTANTLY dropped it to 15% and McConnell gave indications that it was ACCEPTABLE. However, after MANCHIN turned his back on the FOR THE PEOPLE'S ACT (Voting Rights Bill), which he actually CO-SPONSORED THE CREATION OF, McConnell decided that 15% wasn't going to work. And in fact, didn't feel like big businesses should pay a dime. Again, the GOP shows its true agenda. McConnell publicly stated from the very beginning of Biden's Presidency that the GOP's Agenda was to hinder and prevent Biden from fulfilling his promises to the country. No thought given to the people of this Nation. JUST A POLITICAL AGENDA!

The thing I’m tired of hearing about is black on black crime. In the black community that has been discussed for decades and there’s been numerous attempts to stifle the amount of black on black crime. Why is it that no one mentions “white on white crime” when a white person kills a white person? If we all go that route that would mean no one’s life is sacred. We could just shrug our shoulders and say well they kill each other it is what it is. Now, would that be right?

While some people try to pretend like they actually care about Black-On-Black crime, most of them only use the phrase to be argumentative. If you actually care and want to end black on black crime, prove it. Research and find your local anti-gun violence organization, and if you have the means, donate to them.

I like to discuss anything but the problem is as soon as I disagree with someone, then the conversation quickly goes downhill.
When did it become ok to respond to anyone you disagree with by insulting them?
Why can not people discuss opposing views without it descending into childish name calling?
Just because I may disagree with someone, does not mean I hate them or I am a bad person, it just means I do not share the same views as they do.
It is ok to disagree and no one should be forced to go against what they believe in.

JUSTICE V. JIM CROW (aka) RACISM

TO: Governor John Bel Edwards

We the people and tax payers of the State of Louisiana are calling you to action. Are you on the side of justice or on the side of Jim Crow? The racist law that the United States Supreme Court has declared unconstitutional in the state of Louisiana because it was created with the intent to purposefully discriminate against blacks. The Louisiana State Legislature is upholding and enforcing this racist law that has denied relief to many prisoners in this State.
As the Governor of this State you are bound by Article 4§5 (A) of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974 to see that the laws in your State are faithfully executed. We the people call you to intervene and provide a remedy for prisoners in this State who has been effected by this RACIST JIM CROW law. Therein, pardon all prisoners with 10/2 & 11/1 verdicts, and authorize an commutation of sentence. Mandate Parole eligibility through executive orders to every incarcerated person serving a life sentence in the State of Louisiana.
