4ºI think Alcohol i not that much of an issue. But the problem is the amount of rest time that they're given is way to much for a pilot. They say it's in between something like 16 to 24 hours of resting without doing anything. Ofcourse they're people sin will always start creeping in which will cause cheating of all sorts. Cheat time, cheat sleep, cheat their partner as if they're sleeping and go to parties and night clubs before work. So to sleeping low which the pilots are given should change to between 8 to 10 hours before work. Otherwise you'll be creating a lazy generation of pilots that enjoys drinks and parties with recklessness on their jobs. I would fire the drunk right on the spot if their drunk. #NoSleepyPilots
