2ºThe quote is a tautology, it expresses nothing special that could not apply to any subset of humanity. X people are people, yes of course, and X could fall anywhere on the moral spectrum, so what? Nazis are people. Mass murderers are, too. Anorexics are too. Pedophiles? You need a better argument than that. Something to justify morally what others might see as rejecting and interfering with Nature. Mere feasibility of altering appearances and names is not a morally satisfying justification for some people. Cloning, eugenics, cosmetic abortion, all the crap that Mengele was doing, genital mutilation/cosmetics/rebuild, all are physically feasible but for some also morally repulsive and anti-natural.
Don’t mess with nature. If your “inner sense” tells you that hitting your head with a hammer is ok because it is feasible, don’t listen! Always check suicide rates before joining a cult, and remember natural selection isn’t really about acceptance.
