1ºI drive for both Uber and Lyft and I’m not saying it happens in all cases but I know for a fact that passengers completely make up lies just to get drivers in trouble if they have an issue with them. Uber and Lyft both suspend drivers accounts without any proof whatsoever that the driver did anything wrong. And I have personally had people contact the company and tell them lies about me just to get a refund or just to get me in trouble because they didn’t like me. And those are the facts whether anybody wants to hear them or not
