7ºThis is a political witch-hunt. Just because the guy can be a sexist jerk with respect to his earlier commentary on women and/or minorities, does not mean you should now arrest him for frivolous do-nothings and put him in jail. The often one-sided rogue investigatory process wastes precious taxpayer's money. When one resorts to prosecutorial misconduct, the government is stooping to a lower level than the actual criminals. Journalists would do better to just out him for his negative commentary and put this presidential situation to bed. Putting a US president in jail is almost unheard of. This will make our country (US) look weak and further our nations' goals up the down staircase. He is out of office now, and we now need to turn our attention to our new US President Biden, for better or worse. We need to concentrate our efforts on getting people back to work after the Pandemic and see how we can optimize what was our country's flagging recessionary economy during those unprecedented times. As for the national medical emergency order to force people to get a Corona-Virus shot, it is getting to be a bit tacky and wacky. The executive emergency order to get a Corona-Virus shot has to be met with the Human Rights Act; hence for security reasons and reasons mentioned in the Human Rights Act (i.e. potential for contamination or even fowl play of shots for key adults in the White House administration subjected to terrorism, along w/ adults with already severely compromised immunities such as elderly Nursing Home patients w/infections, Cancer patients or full-blown Aids patients) some adults should not be subjected to the emergency shots immediately, including the previous President Trump. President Trump ultimately obliged and acquiesced to the medical community to obtain a Corona-Virus shot a couple of months later when he felt confident about the supply chain for the shots.
