Israeli commander aiding Surfside rescue says more bodies and tunnels were discovered overnight

Colonel Golan Vach, commander of the Israeli National Rescue Unit aiding the Surfside rescue, told CNN that more bodies were found overnight. "Unfortunately, they are not alive,” he said. Vach also said first responders discovered new tunnels in the rubble, which allowed for the discovery of more bodies.

It makes me SICK that this whole thing has turned into a Clusterf*** because a few families (as shown on cbs news) complained about how the Rescue Workers were doing their job. So authorities had to bring in Rescue Workers from Israel to pacify the complainers, despite already having hundreds of rescue workers they couldn't even use with fires, heat, rain, and too many already working the pile of rubble. There are now 26 organizations working the site and total chaos as a result. I have lost all sympathy for the survivors as they accuse, berate, and insult the HEROES risking their lives.

The Israeli head rescuer is very clear in his point of describing the rescue ops going on. No US rescue team member had given any lead or tip to how the bodies trapped in the rubble could be extracted. The fact they were clambering over the top of the heap by their members at the early times of the collapse, by common sense that it could have added more pressure of sinking below the ground base all those fallen debris thereby closing in tighter any hole or air passage to the point below where the bodies could have been trapped. One good point the Israeli rescuer here is he stated that "all rescue ops move shall only be decided with finality by the local rescue team and they can only abide with it. Some viewers or readers observed and commented on news update re rescue ops on the collapsed structure that "the movement is slow." A systematic way of handling the rubble and the debris could have been discussed and brainstormed on nearby sites but PRACTICAL ways like trying to haul off fast or more speed should have been done on the outer heap of the smaller-sized concrete debris and by them being loaded and be hauled off farther from the collapsed ground so as to lessen the obstacles and easing out the density of fallen materials from the area was suggested but never considered. And if by telling this with full concern shall it gain then in any way any credibility from them? As the Israeli rescuer said and intimated to the CNN reporter, "we only abide by what your people say that we deem to do to help." And btw, what are those tunnels that they found are about? And they had seen bodies, but these were not extricated yet? Because he cannot tell the reporters any clue to how many so accounting of which could aready be done. He is not telling names, he is only asked as to how many do we expect to be extracted there - Everyone in the world wants to know, everybody stands awaiting patiently what happens next to next. Why? OUR empathy, our compassion, our prayers that can bring us hope ....for this kind can similarly befall on us. And we wish ardently that if we all know then learn from this.. .humanity shall hopefully be safer better in the future.. This teaches us now to bring more intelligence and usefulness all for the RIGHT REASON.
