its highly unlikely that most americans do not understand anything about climate shift or as some call it it climate change because they are too busy fighting over politics and dividing a country that is slowly becoming more and more affected in nature than you realize. Being in canada and spedning most if not all of my life as an outdoorsman enjoying fishing in so many places including northern ontario the changes over the past 10 plus years have been more noticable than ever. Heat waves in places that never thought of and lakes water temperatures on the rise that affect the migration of fish. More forests fires, lower water levels. Just talk to some people in alaska and ask their opinion. If we lose our natural resources fishing hunting and all the other values in nature we have lost the one thing that is left to survive if our planet ever becomes to a point that we need more than just home grown foods.
