1ºBiden doesn't seem to be worried about Covid, or the Delta variant. Just got done watching his speech, he barely even mentioned the surge in Covid, all he talked about is how great a job he has done getting the economy back on track. The economy will always be more important than lives and public health. Heck, he's getting ready to send his wife to Japan for the Olympics, he must not be too concerned. Open everything back up, get everyone back to work, get all the kids back to in person school, and let the chips fall were they may, if you die you die, the economy is more important.

No one on Wall Street is dumb enough to be any more afraid of the “delta variant” with a 0.08% fatality rate any more than they were the original non event.
If they’re afraid of anything it’s how the socialist nitwits with their inept fingers on anything will attempt to flog this nothing like the last one.
The fact that they’re not satisfied enough with using it to insert a potato in office and want something else is the only thing frightening about it.
