Watch bodycam footage of two babies being pulled from tornado rubble in Kentucky

"I just heard the sound of what sounded like crying or screaming coming from the distance." After the devastating tornadoes that ripped through eight states, bodycam footage shows police officers in Kentucky pulling two babies out of rubble from the storms.
