1ºWhat about her mental health? Who’s going to help her with that? Who helps the millions of women/children in her position? …. I hope she has the people she trusts, supporting her along because it’s going to be some extremely rough years to get HERSELF through this unfortunately. I wish she didn’t have to go through this…. I wish men didn’t feel entitled to us to act like monsters, worst is, we don’t know who these monsters are, they’re really good at wearing masks. And a justice system that favors them because patriarchy. Despite them killing, raping, beating, harassing, stalking, blackmailing, torturing us, sexually trafficking us & acting like they’re superior, we sure don’t act like the monsters they are
2ºCNNwas there permission from the student and parents to post her picture to mass media as she is going through such a horrific situation? She has her whole life ahead of her and I am sure she doesn’t need the world to know as her own testimony should be shared when she is ready. As a parent, I would not want my child’s picture plastered all over social media while starting recovery from a traumatic event! What do you see the benefit being by doing this other than to get higher ratings. It’s one thing to post a criminals face or a missing person. Post the picture of the guy who assaulted her! Think of your own children and how you’d want them treated. Have some respect and common decency!
3ºI had a situation where this guy came up on me at night as I was getting into my car. He startled me so bad but you better believe when I say he was up for a fight. I screamed and closed my door so fast....The employee at the pharmacy came out while this was going on to inform me that I left my debit card at the check out. When I looked around, he was gone. The employee informed me that he was band from the store. I'm so glad she was found. There are predators on the internet and everywhere.
