2ºWhy is everyone so sure it was an accident. I am not saying that she intended to kill him, but I am saying she set him up for failure to teach the new officer how to pad his arrest record. Any time I have been stopped and and asked to get out of my vehicle I have also been told to stand to the rear of my vehicle. The officer also shuts my car door if I didn't do it. Letting a kid stand next to the driver's door and leaving it open is too tempting for many people and will result in more charges being filed when that person panics.
