2ºThose masks should be delivered along with a hefty stimulus package for all Americans no matter how much they made pre-pandemic, not a rich or poor man created this situation so stop holding the innocent civilians accountable for what all of you guys sitting in those very high positions and not doing not one single thing to help the poor, give the Poor, don't take from the poor. Face masks amongst many other very important life-saving PPE should have been given out free of charge by the CDC a long time ago, Major testing facilities should have never been closed, to whom it may be concerned? 3ºIf they were part of a budget, or from our government, they should not be allowed to use or even hint the word free. They are payed for by tax payers, the taxpayers should have a right to receive acknowledgement. Saying it is free is SLANDER and indicates no responsibility or duty to the recipients. Free= $millions. You cannot tell the individuals of a church or school group that a show is free, then charge that group a million, and say "It was free, to each of you.". when the fact is that all participants paid. That is a violation of fair trade laws and is being done by the President. Sue him under trade practices for insinuating that any of this is "free".

5ºI have a question and deep concerns about Biden's use of word free here. As they add billions or trillions in debt in order to hand out things without charging for them, they are not really free, and it would be more honest to say these things are "taxpayer provided". And since Mitt Romney famously observed it, about half of Americans pay no income tax. So ONLY the half of us that do pay income taxes are making EVERYTHING work, except we are labeled as the bad guys not paying our "fair share" because the the government is borrowing far more than it brings in, as usual.

What is the manufacturers' recommended time usage for each mask? How often are they required to be thrown out and replaced? and when they are discarded, will every household be required to have an approved "hazardous waste" container?
Since this legislation is just now being introduced by the "we have a plan to eliminate Covid" Biden Democrats, how long do y'all think that it will take until the first mask actually arrives at the first household ----- if the legislation actually passes?

The administration is focused too much on the only thing in which is keeping his rumored 33% approval rating from sinking more and its the emotional responses of his supporters on this virus that bill gates/fauci said recently will never go away. 10ºIt is disturbing when he announces such as the availability is a challenge. Just like he mentioned free home COVID kits. Well there are very few available and now you cannot find any at the stores. Not to mention the availability of antibodies. Biden should have stepped it up when he came into office. Ordered for companies to produce more kits. And even if you get tested, good luck getting to see the doctor or getting antibodies if needed. Texas is out completely. There are those that are immune compromised that need them. Especially children under 4 not vaccinated and those older. Disappointing that he has not done more.
