1ºDemocrats are the major blockers of voting access! They keep minorities; really it's just the Black folk, in the chains of low income, resulting in a lack of transportation to reach voting locations. Of course, Democrats will say it is this lack of transportation that justifies mail-in-ballots and more voting locations. Isn't it interesting, though, how Democrats scream about "voting rights," yet at all costs, they avoid the discussion on helping minorities, Black folk, gain a better education and better employment, thereby allowing them to improve their lives and purchase vehicles allowing them to drive to their voting station? You know, they want you on public transportation where they feel you belong. Black people driving their own vehicles makes Democrats feel you are too well-to-do, too White, too privileged, for their liking, but I digress. Per CNBC "For all Black workers, the unemployment rate in December came in at 7.1% — more than twice that of white workers at 3.2%." So, how are Biden and the Democrat's job's "creation" and economic promises working for all you Black folk? Just think, if they did not keep you from being able to afford a car, they couldn't continue to talk about voting access and rights. That would just kill them, wouldn't it! The only Blacks Democrats want driving are token Blacks, so they can say, "See there! We do help you!" Think about it! Break free of the Democrat chains!
2ºIf republicans cared about a voter ID requirement they would push for everyone who hits 18 to be enrolled to vote and a voter ID card be sent directly to them free of charge. Democrats would overwhelmingly be on board with that.
Instead we get demands for a special ID to vote. Huge limitations on where you can get those in some areas. Restrictions on voting places so lines are intentionally longer. Laws banning food and drink while in line so it’s less comfortable for you. Those are just a few limitations out in place and almost always in locations that are predominantly communities of color.
This isn’t about voter ID and election security. Republican officials have said on camera that it’s about suppressing the vote to hurt Democrats.
3ºThere are a MULTITUDE of protections for Voters in the United States. The Democratic Party is regurgitating Jim Crow to divert from their abysmal failures at everything else they've managed to screw up this past year.
The Voting Rights Act of 1965, the Civil Rights Act of 1965, and two US Federal Constitutional Amendments protect the right to vote. The Department of Justice has an entire Department, the Civil Rights department, that does nothing but monitor voting irregularities and then prosecuting them if there is evidence of voting or Civil Rights issues. Each State has their own separate Constitution that has voting rights incorporated into their Constitution and each State has its own laws and Civil Rights Division that work directly with the Federal Government.

4ºI see they are laying the ground work for what they fear most, defeat. And you know why? Because they know we're not interested in more of their tricks & shenanigans and all of these audits uncovered really bad checks and balances that need to be cleaned up for all Americans regardless of party affiliation. All of a sudden they're concerned about election laws. How about laws that ensure voters are in fact legal citizens...and alive. Let that be the foundation of all laws regarding voting rights. Trump, Trump, Trump...so afraid of him. Move on and govern with truth and honesty.
5ºThey are the ones who skewed the voting laws because of Covid and they are the same people who benefited from the outcome. Are they simply covering their tracks with this vague idea? Are they dead set on controlling the elections with their one sided agenda? They blame the previous president WHO LOST for the suppression of votes? Gimme a break!! If “BY THE PEOPLE-FOR THE PEOPLE-OF THE PEOPLE isn’t working for their precious policies and agendas then the politicians are not entitled to change our laws to benefit themselves! Why don’t they simply say that they prefer MAIL IN BALLOTS? That is the foundation of this voting rights sham plain and simple. Sleazy politicians who refuse to support their constituents and demand Americans to believe in their lies! I’d rather question their motives and dissect their agendas. After all that’s the American way! To not only rely upon it to purposely spread fear and ignorance in our nation in order to protect themselves from being voted out of office is criminal at best and treasonous at worst. American citizens have spoken. We can not be denied our collective voice!!
6ºThrough technology, we can now see what has been happening in America for decades. They "got" me and my family and loved ones, too. It is extremely difficult and time consuming to navigate through the lies no matter which side has told them. However, we are all presently bombarded with factual reports of the unbelievable suffering, chaos, destruction, and worries of what is to come. It is frightening. The facts are there to see when you go buy food, gas, medicine, and more. This last year has been very telling. The last week even more so. God bless America.

9ºWhat's your Democrats do next pull kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin aside, and start demanding they get in line or get with the program or get the hell out of the party.
Start by Cutting off their funding from the DNC. An start advertising against them in their next campaign runs. Then primary both of them. Let the world know who's financing their campaigns and who's behind there stance on the build back better bill and the voting Rights issue who's funding them to kill the legislation.
An who's paying them to say the things they say. Especially when it's abundantly clear when you ask the voters of West Virginia and Arizona what they want done and 70% or more are saying they want the build back better bill to pass and voting rights protection to pass & your senators are voting against it that means they're not representing you the people of their states.

10ºThe commentary has been that showing an I.D. to vote is racist and promotes voter suppression. But I had to show my I.D. to get in to the movie theatre so I could prove that the vaccine card I showed was mine.
Also Vac Card + I.D. for restaurants, bars, gyms, concerts, sports events, etc. So, I guess that means that the individuals who “lack the means & access to get an I.D.” (as described by some of our politicians) can’t do these things?
We also have to show an I.D. to fly, be admitted to a hospital, open a bank account, get a library card, buy/rent a car/house…so do these same individuals who wouldn’t be able to vote if an I.D. was needed also can’t do these things? I think not. Because they will find a way to get an I.D.
So, Senator Hirono why are you so afraid of Voter I.D.?
