1ºIf there is an appointment to be made to the Supreme Court, how will Biden determine who is the best for the nation?? Biden has said in the past that if an appointment to be made he will choose a Black Woman. There is nothing wrong with that unless he ignores qualifications and ability to do the job and that the candidate is among a small group of people best for the job. If he considers only skin color, gender and politics and the candidate is a poor choice, since the job is a lifetime appointment, Congress should not approve the nomination. If he and Pelosi use such an opening to get rid of Kamala as V.P. by having her be the nomination, that would be the worst possible based on her job performance as V.P.!! Time will tell if Joe is primarily a "racist and sexist" in everything he does as well as what he says!!

And some nitwits were desperate enough to actually ask him to step down. I feel sorry for Breyer. This may actually backfire as Biden may not get a judge as liberal as Breyer confirmed by the Senate. That would be sweet Breyer’s revenge. The Dems should instead focus on the octogenarians in Congress, starting with our 82 year old speaker who failed miserably this year because she’s out of touch with the electorate. 5ºIn my humble opinion , Judges & Justices MUST be above Politics . The rob they wear must have some meaning . There shouldn't be Conservatives or Liberals . They are judges & justices neither Conservative nor Liberals . Their loyalty should be to the Constitution & the Laws of the land . No presidents should expect the loyalty of the judges & Justices , just because they appoint them to the higher courts . Hon : courts are the last hope of the people to get an impartial & meaningful ruling or Verdict . Color , Political affiliation , National origin or religious belief shouldn't have any bearing on the ruling . Honestly proved evidences produced before them should be the only guideline . Anything other than that , will be a great injustice to the country & her people .
