1ºThere's never anything wrong with searching for another job that has an opportunity or two that a previous job didn't offer. I previously worked at Blauer which is a plant that manufactures police uniforms and wasn't content with what I was earning there after employed there for around 5 years and found another job that offers wages six dollars above what I was earning and went after it. I'm still not content with what I'm currently earning but it's a step forward in the right direction and as time progresses I'm going to pursue work that pays better than what I currently earn because I shouldn't get content with where I am and deserve better.
2ºDoyle Meachum Increasing taxes only decreases jobs or increases prices. In California only union drivers are allowed to pick up loads at the ports, most independent drivers are not allowed in California as their trucks are 5 years old or older. They also often can deliver, but not pick up a load, so they won't go as that costs them money. Other states ports are not even coming close to off loading what they can. Trucking is the most regulated industry in the U.S., you should try to drive, it is very expensive and time consuming. There are many regulations that are in place only to keep bureaucrats working, not to help anyone and actually make drivers jobs harder.

Despite the losses that are not borne by a mind, the Russians are calm as if nothing was not.
There is a weak point is changed by the Russians to be a power point,Which is that they are not caring to of any material or human losses at the expense of achieving very small gains.
Making the West thinks the information about Russian losses does not reach Putin clearly.
While the fact that Putin knows those losses well but he does not care. And this is nature in the character of the Russians.carelessness and delay in response for any pressure even that will threaten their life, not only that how will get a food.
Since the West is betting on the Russian wrath from Putin because of their losses in ukraine and losses in the Russian economy, this bet is a loser. Because the peoples of the West will revolt, because of the economic collapse before the Russian people revolt on Putin.
