Why people cannot go out in the street and say No war peacefully without any violence from police and are being taken to jail with a threat of 12 years for standing with a piece of paper that says No war or basically anything these days? Why is putin a president for the last 22 years? How about that kind of freedom and democracy? Why all independent medias in russia were closed? What do you know about Budapest memorandum? What do you know about 2008 when Ukraine and Georgia applied to be a part of NATO and were rejected (because of Merkel and Sarckozy) and putin came to thank the NATO leaders for making the right decision and attacked Georgia in a few months? Russia doesn’t need provocation. They changed the history books and suggested their people new reality.

Ukraine strategically is important to Russia as it seems to be equally to the USA.
So the recent offensive from Russia has been boiling up for 20yrs. The USA & UK have been giving military training since 2014

We talked about war in Iran and Afghanistan for years - did you forget about the return of the Taliban and all these pictures with parents handing over their children to soldiers? Remember refugee crisis in Europe? Or when Michael Moore was booed because he called out George W. Bush and his documentary about 9/11 ? We live in the age of social media - everyone is part of this so of course is non stop 24/7. My question would be - why we didn't believe Putin is dangerous for 30 years?

1 Here it is the Securities Listing Report Papers. The chart about the change of published shares's total number and their capital in the middle of the 39 th page is a conclusive factor. And let's see the change of the published shares's total number before their cmpany has listed on.
Firstly, Amuse Inc. had published 33,110 unlisted shares until the previous year of the when they have been merged . It's the 2nd column of the step on 3/31 1997.
2 Secondly, see the step on 4/ 1 1998. Because Amuse Inc. has executed merger of the former Amuse Inc. and Micro Sonics System Inc.on the day they have written down in the rightside most column of the step as " Merging ; annotated" and the annotated is beneth the chart. It says '' we have alloted 5 stocks with a face value priced 1,000 yen per a stock of Micro Sonics System Inc. to each 1stock of both a stock with a face value priced 500 yen and a stock without face value priced 80,000 yen of the former Amuse Inc.'' Let me say about shortly, because 1 by 5, 33,110 by 5 there is " 165,550 stocks" in the 2nd columm of the step.
3 And the next, it's written down in the rightside most column of the step on 8/ 1 2000. 1 stock with a face value priced 1,000 yen has been split into 20 shares with a face value priced 50 yen per a share. That is to say, by 20, beause it came to 165,550 by 20 equal 3,311,000 it's written in the 2nd column of the step as " 3,311,000" either.
4 And then, on 9/20 2001 Amuse Inc. has been listed on JASDAQ of Osaka Stock Exchage, but just before the listing on, it's written in the rightside most column of the step on 7/ 1 2001, 1 share with a face value priced 50 yen has been split to 1. 5 shares at the day. Executed by 5. I mean because through from the beginning to the end, 1 by 5 by 20 by 1.5 equal by 150 it's 33,110 shares by 150 equal 4,966, 500 shares which written down in the 2nd columm of the step.
5 Meanwhile you see the list of their company's all stockholders of the unlisted shares just before their listing on at " The ３rd Chapter The Status of the Stockholders " in the last 2 pages of the Securities Listing on Report Papers, but this list is one of conclusive factors. The 5 upper rank persons among all the shares's holding number, Yokichi Osato, Hisashi Yamamoto, Kuniko Osato, Masayuki Miyashita, Takaomi Deguchi are the accuseds with whom I've brought a charge from the start in July 2008. Each number of their stockholding are 2,179, 500 shares, 571,500 285,000, 172,500, and the same 172,500 shares. But, as you've already look through from the beginning to the end in this memo, because a stock has came to 150 times just before the listing on the 5 accuseds had originally hold each 14,530 shares, 3,810, 1,900, 1,150, and the same 1,150 shares till 3/31 1997. I mean devide by 150 and their own total was 22,540 shares.
6 And see the closed paticulars registry book of the former Amuse Inc. before meger with Micro Sonics System Inc.. On the 2nd step from the top of the page 2/5, the total number of published shares were 29,310shares which had been altered on 3/30 1996 and registered on 4/ 8 1996 before they have published 3,800 stocks without a face value priced 80,000yen in question. The 5 accuseds assumed the board directors as it's entered on the lower step of the same page 2/5 . And their own 22,540 shares must have been in 29,310 shares which is entered in the same page. But, on the 3rd step from the bottom in the 1/5 page of the same registry book, because the former Amuse Inc. published the shares with a face value priced 500 yen the each capital which the 5 accused directors have invested themselves in their own company were 7,265,000 yen, 1,905,000, 950,000, 575,000, and the same 575,000 yen.
7 Finally, back to and see the list of the company's all stockholders of their unlisted stocks, the each holding number of the 5 accused directors are as you also see in the 5th paragragh. Because the present Amuse Inc. published shares with a face value priced 50yen at the time, too the each capital which the 5 accuse as have invested in their own Amuse Inc. came to 108,975,000yen, 28,575,000 14,250,000 8,625,000 and the same 8,625,000yen. In short, the company could have been rejected their listing on by this way, but the regional financial bureau allowed them to. I mean the Securities Listing Report Papers must have been rejected and it's illegal listing scandal. But, 1 stock of Amuse Inc.'s shares have been begun trading at 2,000yen at the day when they have been listed on and its trading price is still now the same. That means, for example, the sum of their assets of both Yokichi Osato and Hisashi Yamamoto have come to 4,359,000,000yen and 1,143,000,000yen from originally 7,265,000yen and 1,905,000yen in one night on 9/20 2001.
