That's the sort of stuff included in your supposed "400 years of fossil fuels".
And please, I don't need lectures on the oil business. My grandfather was a geologist in the Canadian oil industry from its early years. I grew up on the info. Plus my father designed power stations, so the science of energy sources was also part of my life.
