1ºEmilia Ferdinando have you ever asked young people why they’re not going back to work? It has nothing to do with the fear of getting Covid it’s because it’s more convenient for them to live at home collect unemployment than it is, to go to work. Young people don’t wanna work and they’re the ones who are affecting the way things are now. Three years ago people were screaming about there not being enough jobs and now employers are screaming for people to please come back to work.
Older people between the ages of 35 on up are all getting out they’re not wearing masks even in California even in a liberal parts of California they’re not afraid and they are mingling and working. The ones who aren’t going back to work are all the people in their 20s and younger Who aren’t even vulnerable to Covid and in most cases don’t even experience it. This is just a lame excuse for a generation that has become incredibly complacent and has no ambition apparently. It’s really sad and this is a frightening foreshadowing of the future. If we don’t do something about this right now I hate to think of what the world will be like. Already due to staffing problems if your dog has an emergency forget it you won’t get in.
2ºDonna 'Maxson' Meyer first thing, there is no right that is being taking away. At most You're simply going to see it resolved the states. There will be many states you don't have it and will be many states who do have it to extremes.

Roe v Wade is not going to affect the midterms in the slightest. The majority of this nation is more concerned with the economy and crime. They're not worried about somebody's bad habits and lack of personal responsibility.
3ºThe ransomeware thieves that hit this college will soon be partly responsible for taking down a lot of businesses and institutions. They already have caused businesses and even hospitals problems already. Yes, Covid didn’t help either. A lot of colleges are losing student and because of Covid even when they offer on-line classes because they to longer have the money to attend. Unpaid loans has nothing to do with it. Their loans were paid by the government or private financial institutions and the money was already received by the universities. This has nothing to do with bad management. It is sad that such a historically institution has to close. I was hoping some high dollar donors would save it.
4ºSean Sullivan that’s horseshit 20-year-olds are the ones who aren’t going back to work. They don’t need high paint jobs they’re living with mommy still at that edge. And if they don’t want to work for whatever they’re paying then let undocumented workers work instead of chasing them out of the country the point is I can barely get healthcare for my pets because the vets are so overwhelmed and are short staffed. This is the problem we have a bunch of spoiled kids in this country whose parents want to be their buddies and so they put up with them staying at home.
I’m not talking about adults with more responsibility I’m talking about entry-level stuff here.

I was at a little lunch place in a little mountain town in Ventura county in a fairly affluent area by the way and she was ready to break down and cry because she was overwhelmed. I said is this because it’s Mother’s Day or is it like this all the time. She said it’s been like this all the time nobody wants to work. I’m practically ready to come out of retirement and go to work myself

No one takes away your privacy with your doctor Now they want to tell you what contraceptives you can use in some states. . Let’s start with equal pay. Women had to fight to own their own home, car or credit card. Did you have to fight for any of those rights?? There again you assume it is the woman who must alway have the contraceptive and men play no part in the role. Men can walk away and nothing happens to their life. We spend millions on viagra for men but women had to fight for breast cancer research and money invested in women’s issues. Women died from childbirth and mortality rate for poor and black women are high. That doesn’t effect a man either does it? What bias opinion this is the way it is. Of course my opinion on social justice doesn’t hold water with you. You just proved my point. You didn’t have to fight for equal rights!
