2ºMark Scott Miller ok - I didn't see the post if you had where you stated that the presidents don't control production. Similar to my post, both sides want to blame presidents until theirs is in power then it not the presidents fault. The gas prices is a perfect example, we can look back at least the 4 administration and see presidents blamed, not just by the people but some of the highest ranking members of either party.
Your article did note that the shortage during 2020 was due to consumers stock piling, companies ramped up production and later reduced production when demand fell in 2021. Would this not then tell us that the shortages had lessened if they reduced production until the plant closure in Feb which is as you described exasperated the shortage?
3ºPatrick Henry Americans aren’t being served last. Just because we help other people doesn’t not mean we are being helped last. Maybe put your vote where your mouth is. Do you vote in favor of single payer healthcare that would benefit millions of working families? Do you vote for higher wages and SNAP so single parents don’t have to work 2 jobs to support their child? Do you support free community college so American children born in poverty have a chance for an higher education? I bet it’s a big no for all of these plus more. Don’t sit here and only cry about “We need to help Americans first” when you all literally vote against programs that would benefit millions of Americans. You only seem to care when it’s an opportunity to talk crap about immigrants…. Especially from the south. You don’t cry about overstayed visas (which account form most illegal immigration).
Also, why would the FDA allow them to use formula that was linked to the deaths of some infants? Hence a recall…..
