1ºElizabeth Jewell Cawley my point is I don’t know because I don’t know him or the people accusing him. So, until it’s proven, I’m not going to make an assumption about his innocence or guilt, regardless of what the media or others say about him.
It’s ignorant and downright cruel to just believe something because it’s going around and to make a decision when I’m not there and don’t know what’s actually going on. They don’t give every detail to the public on any of these cases. People just pick and choose and I’m not with that.
If he is guilty, I’m sure he will be will punished and if he isn’t, he won’t. Either way, people shouldn’t pretend as though they know he’s innocent or guilty, based on what the media says or what others say about him.
I’ve been lied on and it doesn’t feel good, no matter what people claim their excuse was for believing it. It doesn’t change how that feels. When it came out to be a blatant lie, everyone had an excuse as to why they believed those things about me, but none of it was actual evidence of me doing anything wrong, just words, stories, and people spreading things they got from people they “trusted” who “had no reason to lie”, in their book.
People love drama. Don’t be so quick to condemn someone because of things you’ve heard. Also, don’t be quick to dismiss them either. Stay unbiased until it’s proven one way or another, that way you don’t hurt someone or let a monster free to roam.
That was my point. Accusers coming forward don’t mean it’s true. Many people saying a thing doesn’t mean “there’s some truth to it because so many people saying it”. That’s not factual nor is it automatic evidence. People lie and people jump on bandwagons. They also tell the truth. So why not just wait until the truth of it is plain to see to make judgments?

3ºAmber Lea actually in the states we have the rule of law that must be followed. There are reasons we have statute of limitations on filings things. I mean you don't want decades later to come forward of a crime. These people now are coming forward for hush money and when they weren't given it they went public to leverage it and more. Well all they can do is sue for a civil law suit. Guess what that's just money as well. The issue is how long ago the acts in the UK happened because of thru were decades ago then even there he shouldn't be charged.

House of Cards is one of my favorite shows, so when he was fired from it because of this very thing, I stopped watching anything with him in it. Then, they just stopped talking about it, leaving the world to wonder if it was true or not, so we didn’t have any basis to actually say he’s guilty; so I continue to NOT watch any of his work.
Truly tragic. But I believe most people, man and woman, in Hollywood engage in this behavior. They’ve been knowing it goes on way longer than the media has reported on it.
So, there’s a reason why they’re cracking down on it now, but it isn’t to do the right thing at all or else they’d have been saving these victims. This power shift is underway, the restructuring of that whole industry. And more monsters will be coming from it soon.
5ºWhat a society in this world. A socity that premitt any type of behavior to be voiced to anyone. You all did know this sickness wants it's expression as well. He is just one of so many men in this sick society we now live in. This behavior is in the one's we least expect. Fathers, uncle, son, we know about damaged religious people. In most cases kinfolks are aware, bUT turn their heads, like they do with most things in life. This society is dying, because we accept all types of behaviors to fester and be accepted. But put talking about G-d on the back burner, and will curse you out just for mentioning Him. A society that's out of control and have lost the spiritual soul we were created with to live a balanced life. This type of sick behavior wants freedom as well. WAKE-UP rightminded people. 7ºPerrin Şen victims of sexual abuse often do not come forward, the repercussions of going after a Hollywood star who have millions of dollars to hire private investigators, PR companies willing to make smear campaigns, lawyers, having to deal with the physical and mental trauma, self-blame, and come to grips with what happened was a crime...and on top of that these are male homosexuals/or potentially underage victims. When you report or tell people, from experience it just opens a whole new can of worms, you lose friends and support from those you thought were your friends and family, and can lose your job and livelihood. it feels like you lose everything and are blamed for letting it happen, putting yourself in that position. these predators KNOW exactly what they are doing and chose and groom their victims very wisely, they usually go after the people who have the most to lose if they are ever found out.

I am currently handling a case against my ex husband who did horrible things to our daughter, his biological! & since this was 5 yrs ago and just now coming to light it has been difficult to prove. My child’s outcry with the backing of my 2 sons has not been enough! The investigation takes a very longgggg time. He plead the 5th and refused to speak to investigators and guess what he has the actual right to do that. This justice system is the worse. This is why other countries laugh at us cuz it’s a joke!
10ºIt is not timely to JUDGE. Those are called ALLEGATIONS. And those who charged him Spacey for sexual assaults MUST bear the burden of showing the PROOFS or EVIDENCE as to validate and substantiate their claims that they were truly and in deed were sexually assaulted. If this is brought to court then we look forward to see the trial begins as that of Depp- Heard case. Bring on all the witnesses and proofs and then a deliberation shall be made and final decision rendered - if he is found guilty, he must face the consequences. If not, did we err in our judgment?
