It doesn’t mean it is true.
She makes a lot of criminal allegations against people with no evidence of the crimes. Or, evidence of a criminal doing what they have been accused of.
I could also take photos of rooms I tore apart and say the elf on the shelf did it when it drank my spiced eggnog. No elf visible doing it in the photos. Or, evidence of who did it at all.
Blind trust in everyone might not be the best way to go. But, many of us give it without a thought.
That is why Courts of Law want evidence. Yet, we may not even think about asking for it. No matter how colorful the accusation is.
Maybe the accusations of threats on her life and someone saying they want to put her baby in the microwave should be reported to authorities by her for a criminal investigation and not simply said by her or anyone.
It really is as simple as that.
2ºSuzanne Martin Bircher I believe there was abuse on both sides, he was verbally and emotionally abusive also anger issues and destroying the place they're living in seems to be were he took his anger out on but I have difficulties with her testimony about the physical abuse but it's a possibility. She said when he hit her with those bulky rings it hurt but being hit like she said you think it would of caused cuts or damage where she would need medical attention if those rings he wore in court were any indication of what he was wearing when he allegedly hit her. Also she never seeked medical help for her injuries and some she said were severe. Another thing I found outrageous is the hair he was suppose to pull out of her head looked neatly cut, spread out perfectly on the floor, it wouldn't look like that if you pulled a hunk of hair out of your head. Not saying he didn't hit her but I feel a couple of the pics were staged. She was verbally and emotionally abusive and has hit him according to the recording. I find they both were guilty of some form of abuse. I believe the op-ed that she put out hurt Depp's career. She hasn't gone far in her career I don't think to affect her as much, but could be wrong on her losses
3ºNe Truelson the only actions I can clearly see as abuse are the cool calculated deliberately set up situations that are strategically recorded and provoked by Heard. A real victim does not do that and certainly doesn’t sound like Heard. I really think she was hopping she could provoke so much a clearly drunk guy into hitting her. But even that didn’t happen he didn’t even break the cupboards lol , a real victim would not even be in that kitchen if they were worried for their life from an abuser unless they were forced to….. which we can clearly see that is not the case. Unfortunately these actions are text book from narcs. They light the fire , keep adding to it Over and over until it explodes or roars. Then document and display in order to convince others they are the little victim so many men out there suffer at the hands of cunning malicious female narcs and it’s not recognised or even spoken about. How many times does Jonny say sorry , … many. A narc or sociopath never says sorry. Ok in very rare occasions in order to further manipulate but mostly never. As in their minds they are AKWAYS right.
If you have been a victim of a narcissist or sociopath …. You know. But it’s very difficult for a none victim ( lucky person ) to see. It’s a skill set and a new set of eyes that makes you see the world and people very different to the way you used to. And most victims wish they never had this , as it’s not pretty ! It’s sometimes like a curse as you can spot another one so quickly . Makes you realise that there are a lot more people like this that you could ever have imagined.
Real victims will be able to see the truth of the situation here very clearly. And none victims that can’t ….. we’ll all we can hope for is that they never can as being a victim of a narc or sociopath is the most horrific nightmare rollercoaster you could ever get on.
4ºLola Ibarra If anything.... that should be considered reactive abuse from J.D. (for what ive seen in the trials)... Unfortunately, victim's of domestic abuse get sometimes incarcerated because they might respond with aggressiveness as a result of trauma they've suffered. In this case, looks like Depp was extremely patient and able to manage Amber's constant attacks without getting to physical aggresion... The best thing to do when you are in such toxic and abusive relationship is to cut all ties. GO No contact... he's worst mistake was not leaving sooner... That's a nightmare!!! So much damage done to one another.. it's so sad!
5ºThe problem is that he claims that her claims cost him jobs and money. Unfortunately his own managers of 20 plus years took the stand and said his inability to show up to work and the constant heavy drug use, cost him his career. He was paying upward of $300k a month for staff or something like that, and literally is in a state of financial chaos. His financial overall status was discussed and his apparent 300 million net worth is gone, and his ex manager said he believed it was spent heavily on drugs.
Bottom line both of these guys are nuts…. And in like a year they will psychotically rekindle their relationship and it will be the biggest snapped episode we’ve ever seen
6ºOne psycho woman (Heard) making false claims out of revenge, profit, and an enjoyment for cruelty, was able to cause so much damage to a man who has spent his whole life being kind and generous to others. It’s terrifying. She’s also caused so much collateral damage. Hopefully the jurors remember that this kind of thing could happen to them too and they side with Johnny Depp and send a message to Heard and others like her that you can’t get away with crying wolf and exploiting public opinion, social movements, or the legal system for your own malicious purposes. #JusticeForJohnnyDepp #AmberHeardIsALiar
7ºWhewww ... been on the edge of my seat for weeks ... reminds me of the Derek Chauvin trial for sure, sans all the damage to my city beforehand ... ... I do hope everyone involved recovers from it all, I know it will be tough, like it has been here in Minnesota ... ... and while everyone is holding their breaths waiting for the jury to return ... I hope you all take a deep, deep dive in figuring out just how one could/would make one minute of this idiocy/stunt any sort of a priority in your life ... geeesssshhh ... a thousand times over
8ºI keep seeing people say "there was no evidence to support Depp abused Heard" and I'd laugh if it wasn't so sad. There is a plethora of evidence, but people are so crazy over Depp they're somehow refusing to see it. All the eye witnesses that said they saw Amber's bruises and also saw the drug-fueled rages. Old co-workers that confirmed that Depp has a long history of rage issues. Watching the reaction people are having to this trial is disturbing. I'm no longer surprised by people anymore. They'll fall for anything if they are big enough fans of a person or a narrative. This is coming from someone who's been a Depp fan my whole life. I hardly know Amber Heard but it's obvious he abused her. I fell for his testimony but then watched it all unravel as the witnesses and the evidence piled up.
9ºLucienne Bourque you nailed it. ! Many victims don’t leave as no money nowhere to go and no courage or self worth left to do so. But in this case none of this is true. Instead she got out her phone hid it between stuff and pressed record , Real narcs and sociopaths know each relationship will end as their mask of sanity comes off , they know the drill , so very possible she has deliberately documented as much stuff to portray abuse as she can … ready incase she needs it when the end comes. An insurance policy ! You see the clever calculated cool evidence from Heard … real victims arnt cool and calculated and clever to do this They are the upset ones apologising for anything to make things nice again. ….
10ºLola Ibarra mutual abuse rarely exists. Usually there's a huge power imbalance because one is so cruel for a very long time in almost every way. Then when the victim reacts here and there with verbal words or even self-defense, they are labelled as an abuser. That's not correct. The abuser is the one doing it to them for so long that they are no longer themselves and a shell in their body and have no idea how to defend themselves anymore. The abuser than lables themselves as the victim and their victim as the abuser. So the idea of mutual abuse is very dangerous in many cases.
