1ºAaron Love, no, I’m not going to compare riots with an attack on our country. Those are two different crimes and like I said an attempt to overthrow the United States is markedly far worse than a riot or act of arson.
And if I have to explain to a grown man who is presumably competent and cognizant why seizing a capital building filled to the very brim with our rulers is an effective way to possibly overturn an election and put a dictator in place well then…you must not be familiar with how coups work. I’m happy to help Trump worshippers under simple concepts because I hope that one day they will work up to more complex concepts like “numbers,” for example. Once you can understand that Minneapolis still exists, we can move on to the next problem with your videos. 4ºAtom Basham you don't know much. Does not have to be a crime to impeach. Trump was impeached twice with no crime committed. All I know is in November there will be a vote. Republicans will take over the house and Senate. They can easily impeach Biden in the house. May not make it through Senate because it takes 2/3rds to remove from office. But by all means yes Biden can and should be impeached. Just leaving the border like it is is grounds for impeached. I am tired of his high gas prices and inflation. Most democrats feel the same

Read up on that and maybe you will discover what Trump was charged with. Now what is the evidence? Evidence has to be proven. Was evidence proven? I think we all know the answer here.
If Republicans take over house they could bring articles of impeached. They would present evidence. Which will be voted on by house members. If majority vote for impeached the articles are delivered to Senate. Senate may call witnesses, they vote on evidence by house. 2/3rds have to find him guilty to be removed.
You do not need a crime, evidence can be void. It's all in the vote. Now please try and wrap your mind around that. Your question and statements are turning into ignorant statements. Hope you will always find cheap gas and living items.

Once January 20, 2021 happened Trump became a private citizen and Congress has no authority over private citizens. They do not have the ability to retroactively go back over people who are previous politicians.  While the power to investigate is broad, the Supreme Court has since ruled that Congress must confine itself to “legislative purposes” and avoid the strictly private affairs of individual citizens.
As of noon on January 20, 2021 Trump was not part of the legislative body which means the Senate or the house has zero authority to do anything
7ºAaron Love, they wanted pence to stop Biden from being sworn in. They used violence to do this. They illegally broke into the capital in doing so.
Are you alright? Are you mentally ill or something the reason that you don’t understand a siege on our capital full of leaders. They disrupted a joint session of Congress assembled to count electoral votes that would formalize President-elect Joe Biden's victory. They assaulted law enforcement officers, vandalized property, and occupied the building for several hours. 138 police officers were injured by Trump supporters. Gallows were erected west of the Capitol, and some rioters chanted "Hang Mike Pence" after he rejected false claims by Trump and others that the vice president could overturn the election results.
I’m not going to explain civics to you anymore. And I’d be careful out here carrying on like this. You never know who you’re talking to or what they’re trying to draw out of you. People are still being arrested regarding this attack on America.
8ºAaron Love, I’m not that tolerant. And theoretically if the dept of justice would hand these Jan 6th people over to me you’d see that. My justice is swift and all I would need is my government’s blessing, the contents of my bedroom safe and a room to send these people into one by one that has a hose and a drain in the middle of the room. Like I said, I know what to do with people who take up arms against my country. But alas I have to watch an anemic Democrat party drag it’s feet during this process like they’re trying to run out the clock on justice.
Maybe if this happens again I’ll be there to protect the capital and my leaders just like Kyle Rittenhouse. And if I fear for my life …we’ll then I have a right to defend myself. It’s obvious that the police could’ve used a little help down there.

While I am calling a spade a spade…you’re right in that the government has chose to charge what they can prove and avoid cases that are less than winnable…however, in light of the fact that here in the next couple weeks we are going to know way more than either of us probably ever want to about the whole mess, there’s a really good chance that multiple people will be charged with multiple criminal acts against the people of this nation including but not limited to insurrection and seditious conspiracy and God knows what else. The fact that this seditious conspiracy couldn’t be carried out without committing insurrection makes for an interesting and perplexing conundrum…I guess we will just have to wait and see….
