1ºDavid Cosme ok but this isn't a taxonomy issue. I would guess not a single person is confused about whether a bee is a fish or not. It's more an issue that some states make it near impossible for animals to make the protected list, usually because of special interest. For example, pesticides are bee killers, but can you imagine the uproar if farmers and homeowners were told to never use them even if they're deadly to many things? So, often for legislature, people have to make sideways moves to get around ridiculous rules, just to protect something. Blame government deals and special interest groups

3ºMario J Silva Why did they have to make a loophole when they could have given bees their own endangered status? Instead of giving bees their own status and protections Bureaucracy just decides that bees are fish as if that somehow makes scientific sense. Funny that the supposed follow the science crowd would make such a move as this. men are women and women are now men while bees are also now fish. Doesn't the left make lots of sense.
