1ºThat was probably not only the worst termination communication I’ve ever seen but also maybe the worst CEO communication I’ve ever seen. So much wrong I don’t even have time to completely list. First off he is ended 800 peoples jobs and looks like he just got up from a nap, put on some crumpled up clothes that were on his floor and made his was over to the snack table to slump thru this call… a little respect for the all the people that are losing their jobs. Next he says it was a “really hard decision and he doesn’t want to do this”.. ok so there were other options and he choose to lay everyone off? Then most of the rest is about his emotional state “I cried”, “will be stronger this time”… this is another sign of a poor leader… people do not want to hear about the leaders emotion… especially when it’s them that has been impacted. This guy is a serious tool and does not deserve the honor of leading anyone. Hope the employees take him to the cleaners
