Scott Lancer be nice to figure out if they even can. They are told that any talk of unionization or striking is grounds for immediate termination, so most just take the benefit cuts the company does every year and deal. This year they switched their 3rd shift to 4 10 hour days. This means they get a extra hour of work out of employees. How? Well one of the benefits was two 15min breaks and a hour or half hour lunch in the 8 hour shift, always were scheduled 9 hours so you still get 8 paid. The 10 hour shifts get the same break schedule so by adding the two extra hours but not giving any extra break they are getting a hour more work per employee per pay period........ Who is paying for the Broncos again, because in my opinion it's the employees.
