We’re still treated as perpetual foreigners, crimes against us is rampant and rarely accounted for, we pay as much or more taxes as one of the wealthiest groups in the country YET what politician ever seeks the ASIAN AMERICAN VOTE, we’re discriminated against cause our kids do TOO GOOD in school, the country NEVER formally apologized or the idea of reparations from the Chinese exclusion act or the interment camps of Japanese Americans, Asian American and Pacific Islander month is the LEAST celebrated in schoools across the nation even though our contributions are as significant as any other racial group in the country. So tell me, why the F**k do I care about this?

Thus, if you have been federally indicted, it means that the prosecution has already conducted its investigation and presented its case to a grand jury. Practically speaking, this puts you well behind the prosecution in terms of preparation.
