1ºIts very rich (no pun intended) for the daughter of a wealthy baron that was raised with the trappings of wealth and a lavish lifestyle pleading "difficult childhood" as a reason for lighter sentence.
My heart goes out to millions of kids all over the world who are forced into child labour just to provide food for their siblings and family. Kids risking their lives and health going into mines and quarries just to afford a daily meal for themselves and their family. My prayers goes to kids and teenagers forced into sexual labour and preyed upon by pieces of sh*t like her. I hope the judge impose the severest of penalties so that pieces of excrement like her never see the light of the day again.
2ºThey should let all the “hidden” names out and be released. Make a deal with her that she has to elaborate and tell all. Expose this rich political perverts that slept with these young girls. If she complies give her 10 years supervised, ankle monitor, and house arrest. If she leaves the town she has to ask her PO and she must take drug test weekly. Time served. We the people don’t want her. We want those rich old men that did the Cromes to get 30/40 years. Like Slick Willy Clinton and his rat pack. Let’s go big and get the rapist and let her be the mole. She will commit “suicide” soon anyway.
3ºShe has a point, this sort of abusers/victims are in a parallel universe. It is easy to moralize about behavior like this; however, many of these individuals began as victims themselves & the behavior becomes a consequence of conditioning, silence, shame, fear, power/powerlessness, etc. I'm not making excuses; however, the predator was eastern & as any malignant personality he's ought & exploited other's (e.g. Maxwell) via various power methods (e.g. money, fear, etc.). Please do not believe I am on anyone's side here, because I'm not! But, what if, after a time, we got Ms Maxwell to help ID individual predators & a profile of potential victims? I think a reduced sentence of an old harrowing for knowledge none of us kn I w would be useful.
4ºJean Mags Marie Exactly. Like she is 60 years old and using the excuse her dad was to hard on her so she sexually assaulted and trafficked children. Jesus H christ. She grew up rich and likely spoiled. Her Father is dead so no one knows the truth not that it even matters. These rich people are totally out of touch with reality. 4 to 5 years she may get after ruining countless lives and scarring those girls for life. I am done with the justice system that keeps allowing the wealthy to abuse people and walk away without repercussions.
