They should be made liable to all the damages and double the amounts should be extracted, seizing their properties and auctioning those can also be considered. Nobody has a monopoly on the joining process in the armed forces, especially the new aspirants. All those who participated in such mischief should be barred for life from any chance in joining any armed forces or paramilitary organizations or police ones.
