2ºThe only right thing that should happen is the direct intervention of the Governor. Since he had received letters from the rebels changing their position, seeking resignation of the Thackeray Govt, the only way is to accept these letters and decide as per constitution. His permission to call the assembly should be 1. Since there us a motion of no confidence on the Deputy speaker, the session should be headed by the representative of the Governor.
2. Give full central police support to the rebels, since Raut has indirectly threatened them with consequences on their landing in Mumbai.
3. Ensure Raut is removed from the state till a clean picture comes out in Maharashtra.
4. Governor to call in the Commissioners of police, they immediate district heads firxa meeting, issue instruction of keeping up impartiality, if later found flouted, then should put in their papers.
5. The present Govt should not use the police to indiscriminately arrest any political party member without assigning any reason, arrest only when public assets stands destroyed.
