2ºSunayana Singh Tomar you’re sure? You must have got the Aadhaar cards of all the labourers involved in the construction. The fact that you think that the Mandir committee must have layed down certain caste eligibility criterias for a person to be employed as a labourer and selected each and every worker basis he fell under the upper caste bracket speaks all of your inferior intellect.
All large construction based works are given on contract basis i.e a contractor is hired for a particular construction project and he provides the labour required for it.
The Mandir committee will not go door to door hiring labour. Now, if your statement is to be taken correct, which in any sense is not, how do you think the situation might have been?
That the Mandir committee specifically hired a contractor who they knew only hires men of forward caste or can provide only forward caste people on demand and gave the contract to him?…This is the only condition that fits your foolish statement. And let me tell you, this is ABSURD!
Now, even if one was to believe this absurdity that the contractors’ hiring only upper castes, it is not technically possible.
And I’ll tell you how. Another constitutional term for OBCs is SEBCs(Socially and Educationally Backward classes) i.e the classes that are socially and educationally behind. Now even if your ignorance motivated statement is to be believed true, and we assume we find a person who’s very particular in not hiring people of backward castes, now who do you think will approach a daily wage labour contractor for some daily wage semi skilled labour work, a socially and an educationally backward person(i.e a Dalit/OBC) or a person who practices as a criminal lawyer? The former, I am sure(This is the kind of statement that you can be SURE of). The majority supply the contractor’s getting is of backward classes and I am SURE he’ll not survive if he does not adhere to it. The contractor has no option but to hire socially and educationally backward men even if he doesn’t want to. And just FYI, most of the semi skilled workers come from the Vishwakarma community predominantly in upper parts of Bharat, which have been put under Backwards castes by the state. This is just one example. We are proud of and indebted to each and every person who’s contributing in the making of Bhavya Mandir of Prabhu Shree Ram, let alone their castes.
Think before you open your mouth, otherwise dont.
