Whether he committed any crimes is a question for prosecutors and the courts. It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to figure out the answer. Most of Hunter’s payments came from a corrupt Ukrainian energy producer, Burisma, and from multiple Chinese firms, all closely connected with the ruling Communist party. These payments were made when Hunter’s father was vice president, assigned primary responsibility for US foreign policy toward Ukraine and China, or after he left office and was considered a frontrunner to retake the White House. How else did someone (Hunter Biden) with no special skills manage to collect such huge payments from foreign companies with deep interests in US policy? He has no knowledge of Ukraine or China, no experience in energy or banking, and a crack pipe full of personal problems. So, how exactly did he get rich? This logic here is simple: outsiders purchase access and influence from insiders who sell it. That has long been the story of Washington lobbying and revolving-door politics, which grows in tandem with the size and scope of the federal government. Economists call it ‘rent-seeking behavior’.
2ºIt makes me wonder what is really in the hearts of many. Such a waste of time. Crooks are crooks across the board. There isnt a middle ground. Each person that is breathing has an agenda. Some are living life and just trying to be happy. Then you have the power grabbers ones whom use others to do their dirty work and now it's a reality reality show with real consequences for all of us. Fighting each other isnt going to fix anything. That is the only reason a man like Trump or Bannon is anything more than a figure to be either pitied or ignored or both. One more thing. There is a line in the movie Amistad when Morgan Freeman's character told his insincere fellow abolitionist, in affect, that the only thing his fellow abolitionist hated more than the system of slavery was the slaves themselves. That is what I see in these right-wing extremists. They actually hate America, thus their all out endeavors to reinterpret the Constitution and remake America into something opposite.

Trump and the Republican Party can not hide behind the " Big Lie" any longer.They are more divided then ever. They lost, trump got caught! His own people are coming forward explaining how close we came to losing our democracy, the levels trump pursued and all the scary moments. I believe in the American people, Donald Trump has been shamed around the world. My biggest hope is to never see him part of politics again. Keep the man busy with indictments and fighting courts for years to come, we all know he won't go easy.
5ºDavid Mead That laptop is so compromised and the circumstances surrounding how it was found, and how it was given to Giuliani instead of the FBI are extremely questionable… even the store owner who originally had it has come out against all the disinformation being put out about it. I was all for that investigation, to find out the truth, but it’s already been a year and a half and nothing has come out or progressed in that investigation. The Jan 6 committee has produced far more evidence and testimony than that has, and it’s a far more comprehensive and extensive investigation.
