I see too many pictures of guys that are built with large muscles and abs. They tell lies like “eat 8 meals a day and lift and do cardio. That’s how I got this way”. Over the years I did a ton of research and found out these pictures we see with men built like bodybuilders with abs have been lying to people this whole time. You have to take PED or in other words “steroids “ in order to keep the fat off to look trim. These testosterone pills over the counter are lies also. If you want to look good you have to go in a caloric deficit meaning small portions and cut salt, sugar and low carbs. Men have to stop upper body lifting and DO MORE legs to increase the natural testosterone in your body. Rest is very important after exercise because if you don’t get at least 7-8 hours of sleep you will lose those gains in muscle and lose energy to exercise the next day.
