1ºI live in South Dakota and our economy is currently ranked at 37th. Our governor claims she was successful with covid because she allowed our state to remain open, which is funny because she closed down government offices and a couple and public events. She cannot claim South Dakota remained open because that is not true. A cumulative total as of today shows that Mississippi had 422 deaths per 100k, Arizona 421 deaths per 100k, Oklahoma 409 deaths per 100k, Alabama, 404 deaths per 100k, and West Virginia, 396 deaths per 100k. These five states have had the highest deaths per capita. Hmmm, what do these states have in common. Oh yeah, they are red states. Of course South Dakota had one of the lowest death rates, but we are also one of the least populated states. States like California and New York ( and Texas is up there too) had a higher high death toll but they are also the most populated states. Common sense will tell you their death rate will be higher than a state like South Dakota because they have more residents. My Google works too. I will let you have the last word, because I still do not think Covid should be looked at as Republican success or Democrat failure. Our country should have had an united front to tackle Covid.

He fought with Dr. Fauci the entire time. He denied the seriousness of the situation, so no way Trump gets an A+ for his handling. My god, the guy seriously thought bleach could help. And for the record, I did not expect Trump to be an expert on this matter (even though he is an expert on everything) but I do expect him to listen to the people who may know just a little more than he does.

4ºWithout hearing any reports from CNN, I oppose this man because he is immoral, a liar, a narcissist, a racist, a sexual assaulter, an accused rapist, a cheater, a grifter....That is what sumized from reading multiple books and reports on him....Any man that would call it locker talk when admitting to grabbing women by their privates, any man that dupes people out of millions and spends it on pumping up his properties because they failing, any man that fails at casinos which in days gone by were huge money makers and still do well today and he had to declare bankruptcy....if you read all the articles surrounding the casino you will find he didn't pay for the work and submit his shares of the profits to the machine owners....this man has been immortalized in many books and there are only 2 that I know of that say anything positive about him and there are at 28 books on the shelves on him...mostly about his cheating and failures.

6ºUnfortunately, today’s Trumpy Republican Party is morally, ethically, and intellectually bankrupt. We can’t expect them to do the right thing. The only way this country has any hope of stepping back from the cliff that would plunge us into an authoritarian, fascist regime is to bring the twice impeached Donald Trump and all of his complicit, insurrectionist cronies to justice. That’s the thing, you have to be able to face what’s happening, and pay attention to it to know what they really have. If you’re only getting information from news sources that are essentially propaganda machines, you will not know what they have uncovered about him.
There are documents, there are eyewitnesses, there is a lot of footage. If you take a look at what they have, you can see Trump is a problem.
That Eastman memo lays it all out. He was going to violate the Constitution in order to stay in power. That’s his lawyer, and the plan that he tried to get Mike Pence to agree to.
He attempted to nullify an election. That is a big deal. 
8ºPeg McKerlie yes, in the first few months, rest homes and democratic states saw the highest percentage of death, but further statistics show Republican states surpassed that after three months, because republic states didn't didn't really take the safety protocols seriously. It's funny that a person's political affiliation decided how that person who respond to covid. For something as serious as this, all Americans should have been on the same team. And most nurses will say that they had to reuse ppe equipment because there wasn't enough. You may think Trump did a great job, and I think he shouldn't have done more. And you dont remember people being arrested for going to public parks and beaches? We stayed home because with most businesses closed there was no where to go.
