1ºSarah Rose personally I find it so difficult for me to ask people for help cuz people you are asking for help might be going through pains and hardship me myself I don't know about. Of recent I have been going through alot and I've been scolded by people around me for not speaking out and of which the few I speak out to there was not solutions to whatsoever my problem and I used to have this feeling that I just make I disgrace out of myself by telling people my problem. Another reason is because I dislike people feeling sorry for me, seeing me as a weakling, It used to occur to me that if I should come out publicly and tell people my problem then I have loose my dignity, honour, respect, cuz I fear there are people out there waiting to make mock of me.
I felt no reason why someone will just conclude that the best option to opt in for is to commit suicide, go into fraud, ritualism. I used to be big voice of telling people not to commit suicide and saying no depression, talking them out of it, telling them there is still hope but that story changed when I found myself in that boat and I begin to see reasons why people commit suicide. Going into fraud is a NO for me and truth to be told I tried venturing into it but conscience won't just allow me and I can't and never opt for any form of ritual so suicide has always been the best option for me and while for some is fraud or any form of criminal act to get money. Me myself I'm just still hanging on there
Always check on those close to us and be wary of what is going on with them cuz we never can tell.

she will go to a camp,which isn’t too bad, most likely automatically get 54 days off her first day. Do approximately 2 months and then go to a halfway house. Tax payers will front her stay, which is insane for something like this….. they’d be better off placing her on house arrest with a strict set of rules to follow and an ankle monitor & if she breaks those rules, then send her to a camp. This would save tax payers a ton!!

Especially on the non violent offenders with very little to no criminal history.
House arrest is still very strict and would save tax payers a lot of money!
4ºThe so called *homeless man* got greedy and wanted all of the money for him self , even if this woman was the one who *worked on getting that money and deserved money too* People always ask for donations all the way from save the earth to save animals , feed poor people etc. Go to any Church and they ask people one by one for money too I don't like scammers ! And some are horrible and leave inocent people with nothing ! This lady just asked and got some donations from many different people ... She did not targeted an specific person or destroyed any life. She should have her money and her freedom too...

This goes to show how racist our justice system is. if this was a black man or person of color they would have been sentenced at least three times as harshly with minimum mandatories. Don’t even get me started on media, children’s entertainment and general television programming ignoring and underrepresenting blacks and people of color. Our systems of are indeed symptomatic of systemic racism. Trump flat out needs to be charged and his supporters need to see their hero shamed so that they will finally know that it’s not enough to just not be racist, they need to admit their own racism and be made to be anti-racist. It’s the only way we can have a true democracy.

7ºShe should have gotten no time . Professional legal fundraisers are , by law , allowed to keep 90% of what they raise ,if they choose to ,and just turn over 10% to the charity they are fundraising for . These people raised 475k and turned over $75k to the homless guy , more than the 10% that Professionals turn over .the only thing this woman is guilty of is not setting up a corporate fundraising entity .
When someone calls you and cons you into donating $100 to the police union , rhe police union only get $10 of that , you better off mailing your contribution directly to the police union etc
8ºWow what a joke so they just told her it’s ok to do what she did you only going to prison to check in and check out the same day what a joke for those that don’t understand what I mean we’ll let me explain depending on how much time she did in county jail that would apply to her sentence so for everyday she stayed behind bars she will get 1 extra day so if she sat in jail for 6 months waiting on trail she basically did all her time and she will dress in and dress out of prison same day

10ºRobert Thomas did you even read the article or my point ? In 2020 500 people were murdered by rifles of all kinds ie ar 15 assault rifles , bolt action non semi auto rifles and shot guns . 20k people were murdered by handguns.
In philly its a felony to carry a gun without a carry permit, punishable by a max 7 yr sentence. In the last 12 months police arrested 1100 mostly corner drug dealers for carrying a gun without a carry permit in Philadelphia. Those that were charged with that offence got , instead of a jail sentence ( max possible 7 years ) , a probation plea agreement. The people in the scam in the story got 1 yr more than corner dealers arrested and charged with illegal gun possession. Possession of an illegal gun is more serious than swindling people out of money in my opinion.
Now if those corner drug dealers each got 3 years for their illegal gun possession felonies id be fine with the con artists getting 2 yrs jail time
