I’m honestly curious that if a pregnant woman was shot and it killed the baby, what would be their response? Gotta hold that ‘pro-life’ position and ‘defend the unborn’, but then you’d have to talk about how it died and they can’t say anything to hurt gun sales.

Their NRA rating goes down, they lose lobbying money. They don’t hold a staunch anti-abortion position, they lose the evangelical vote which currently makes up 25% of the entire voting public in total. Everything about their words and policies are calculated for personal wealth and power. They do not care about anyone or anything else, least of all the people voting for them.
