1ºकर्मचारी 58 साल की नौकरी के बाद बेरोजगार हो जाता है क्योंकि संविधान में जिस चीज का उल्लेख है कि 58 साल या 60 साल की सरकारी सेवा के बाद सेवानिवृत्त होने पर कर्मचारी को पेंशन दी जाएगी जिससे कि वह अपने बुढ़ापे को सुरक्षित रखेगा और किसी पर बोझ नहीं बनेगा लेकिन आज पूरे हिंदुस्तान में कर्मचारी पुरानी पेंशन बहाली के लिए तड़प रहा है क्युंकि उसका बुढापा उसे सुरक्षित लगता लेकिन कोई ऐसा बडा चैनल नहीं है जो उसकी तड़प को अपने स्क्रीन पर दिखा सके तो इसे कर्मचारी क्या समझें कि क्या यह चैनल सरकार के हैं क्या यह चैनल सरकार की बात ही करेंगे क्या यह चैनल देश और प्रदेश में क्या हो रहा है उस पर बात नहीं करेंगे मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश के कर्मचारियों को उनकी आवाज को अपने चैनल पर रखने का मौका दें उनकी आवाज बनें समस्त पेंशन विहिन कर्मचारी वर्ग आपका हमेशा मरते दम तक हितैषी रहेगा
