1ºIf ED can act in WB, why not in Sikkim???

Sikkimey Nagarik Samaj an apolitical association has openly accused Mr SC Gupta IAS, present Chief Secretary of Sikkim in public domain on his indulgence in high level corruption, which he has not denied the allegations till date. The complaint has been lodged to state vigilance department, ED at Gangtok, ED at Delhi and a signed memorandum to Governor Ganga Prasadji by former legislators about the same matter, Despite of all no action has come up against the CS till date.
It is a high profile drama of nepotistic approach of investigative agencies against corruption.
