And they will do nothing because when disasters occur, and the insurance industry jacks up their rates they get more profit on their stocks shares. Why do you think they protect the polluter, it's also a factor they do the same strategy for allowing a polluter to destroy our health the environment and wildlife. They are fully aware that pollution stays at ground level right in the children's faces all day long and does not rise until in the evening hour when the temperature changes and continues to rise to the atmosphere heating up the atmosphere in which in return heats up the oceans it's a vicious cycle and it's been out of control for quite some time. In which they're fully aware of. But the way they look at it when your child is sick it feeds their healthcare shares. This is not a Republican party this is a direct connection to Wall Street and they're out for profit at the American people's expense. Why do you think their price gouging. And that's not just at the pump. They enforce tariffs before the pandemic and by doing so has driven up the prices, in which feeds their stock shares. Why do you think they deliberately stalled and promoted the virus to spread keeping their strategy shortage of demand going strong it's feeding their stocks profit no matter how many people suffer and die they don't care when are people going to realize the truth of that factor they don't care
3ºJames Clayton kentuckians are not a monolith of any belief. Kentuckians are no different from any other states' citizens. You are talking about your fellow Americans and their lives. How can you be so callous when you seem to actually know the harm that evangelical extremism and right wing politics can do? People in the south, some of the most diverse areas in the US, have been systematically disenfranchised since the creation of this nation. They don't have the chance to vote half the time and the other half they have no decent options. Even if they were literally 100% fascist, my own beliefs in the purpose of a government would still allow them to be helped.

I do recognize that many in Kentucky hate Mitch and wish we could give aid to those that know better and ignore those that only care for themselves. Kentucky is last in the nation on many social issues and I hope that situation changes. And I do sympathize for even the republican voters that lost friends and family.
It just makes me angry that Mitch would vote against Hurricane Sandy victims while graciously voting to help his state when they need help.
