But was this done with malice, or purposely to cause harm, probably not, it's what we all do when we have a hard day at work talk about our bad work day, decompress and relieve the stress. One of the things you learn in mental health trauma is to talk about your emotions. Many people have different ways to decompress and deal with traumatic events. So police officer are not allowed to use mental health techniques. We might not agree how they went about it, but we all have our ways to coup with painful and emotional events.
