One way to stop antisemitism is to educate people about the assumptions they hold and might have been raised with.
The problem can be cultural. It can come from truly insinuated beliefs. I know that a lot of otherwise empathetic people have said things that are straight up antisemetic tropes. And they don't know that.
So, this fellow, I don't know him, but it might be that he simply was repeating what he's always heard all his life. Maybe he just needed to think about it differently and would change his assumptions.
We don't get to know that — and he's no doubt far less likely to try— if you succeed and he's bounced.
Consider first talking. Certainly when you get responses that are hateful, you can focus your anger on them. They're certainly worth the bouncing.
2ºAnne Katz sure... the tribe your talking a out was the Lenape. They were taken advantage off and people kept pushing into their territory until they were offered a rather bad treaty to move. The land they were forced to had bad soil. They now live in Oklahoma on land they purchased that used to belong to the Cherokee that were forced off of it. That forced move was the trail of tears. Its easy to call something peaceful because a fight didn't break out but if 12 armed people showed up to you house and said sign this paper or..... its not really a choice is it?
3ºSandra Cohen he was an active participant. Many many people younger than 14 stood up and said no I will not help the enemy. They fought Hitler. They lived on the run. They got into Russia and joined the partisans. They died. He chose the join the Jewish Council that sold out there fellow Jews hoping to save their own lives. Then he participated with his adopted godfather to steal from other Jews. He said he has no guilt for his actions. He said he sees it in the same light as he does a business man and he already said that he was amoral when it came to business. That he was ruthless. Stop trying to cover his tracks. It is not anti Semitic to point out the truth about this man. Unfortunately he was not alone in helping the Nazis attempt at wiping out his own people.
4ºAnne Katz the real issue is that they teach alternative history in our books. Its one of the reasons I collect first editions. Iam not even trying to be argumentative here. Iam merly proving a point. What we were told does not match the stories told in that court case. We add more weight to out history because it's written while most of theirs was told generation to generation. If families can prove direct lineage to the ones the art was stolen from and the documents on the other side prove it was stolen... it should be returned. Most courts will just rule it impossible to rule and throw it out though.

It’s simply a fact republicans have an image problem, not blacks being minupulated. Trust me I know what the history of the Republican Party is, why do you think I used the words “recent history”. I know my American History from, and laws, and frankly I’m not telling you as a Democrat, it’s something that’s an easy observation that doesn’t trigger me. And this gotcha “what do you have to gain by pointing out specifically, black people?” Let’s be real, this conversation is majority about black people. It’s all over conservative media. Yes, I watch conservative news too. A little more specifics on what I’m talking about with Black issues that Conservative media is voting against, The Appeal of the Voting Rights act (https://texasgop.org/platform/), the repeal of fair pay act which effects a large number of black/minority/women employees (https://civilrights.org/trump-rollbacks/) and a host of other issues you can find in the links. The only lying I see is this make belief that the Republican Platform is doing a good job at helping their image.

In this interview he says he fells no guilt for his actions. He compares what he did to being a business man. The media and leftists today work really hard to twist his words into meaning something other than what he actually said. In finding this video for you I read an article that said none of this was true and yet they quotes him from this video and said he did not mean what he said. How sick is that. He has done some good things, but he has done much evil as well.
7ºLyns Say no they literally have organizations that try to find the owners or help owners/heirs track down the missing artwork at no cost to the families. My aunt's dad was able to track down some stolen family items. The Nazis destroyed a lot of records and entire families were wiped out. With the digital age and DNA testing it's made things a lot easier to find people but they didn't have that technology when WW2 ended so it wasn't as easy. I'm not saying they haven't earned money from having the artwork but they are responsible for all of the upkeep, security, etc. Having the items on display creates more visual traffic to hopefully get them reunited with owners versus being forgotten and going to ruin in storage. It's not perfect but I don't see anyone else coming up with a solution that will actually get the art to the owners without the museums and their art historians.

Though various prominent politicians eulogized Byrd at his funeral, the senator was never the grand wizard of the KKK and he has acknowledged and apologized for his membership during his youth in the 1940s! To suggest he was at his death or that Biden and others agreed or celebrated his kkk past is false
In the early 1940s, Byrd recruited 150 people in West Virginia to form a chapter of the KKK.
9ºShawn Dorman since you want to bring up specifically black people and act like there is some underlying racist basis to the Republican party, do you know the origins of the Republican party? I will debate with you all day long about this. People like you want to instill hate. You want "remind" people of what people in the past did. You want to keep people in the past. You are a true Dem. You would rather use your voice and time to tell others how they aren't good enough than use your voice to speak for the now and the future. It makes me sick. As a parent of two biracial children, when I hear people like you wanting people of color to live in the past it makes me immediately wonder what you have to gain by that. Because you surely can't gain anything telling other people to think in a way that could hold them back. If you want to stay in a place that makes black people somehow less than others, do it to yourself. Don't drag others with you.
