What's to be shared and celebrated, people get involved in the workplace everyday in the workplace, it's nothing new nor special. The fact remains, LGBTQ remains the most insecure and judgemental groups out there, needing special flags to identify who they are, special signs in establishments including VA facilities identifying them as "safe places and supportive" of LGBTQ. You call it recognizing diversity, I call it preferential treatment. Just why do you need special recognition, are you better than anyone else? Thought sexual preference didn't matter?
