1ºChris Tufts Hoover is one person. He held office when the FBI didn’t have laws that govern its operation. You treat the whole organization as if it is one person. It isn’t that way. His exposure brought about many changes but everyone seems to think they are still THAT FBI. They haven’t been that since Hoover. Same with so many things that were wrong in our history. They brought about laws to make sure that doesn’t happen again. You don’t seem to get THAT part. Either way the files exist now simply because they were made and they have to exist. Nothing nefarious will come of them.
