For 8 months this country that we served witnessed a candidadte for CiC promise to get our brothers and sisters out of Afghanistan in "his first 30 days". He did not. Instead, he set a date in the term of the next POTUS for our exit. Erik, in his four years we lost 181 of our brethren over there. If that last office holder kept his promise, it is likely those 181, plus the 13 lost during withdrawal would all be here with us.
