I'll believe it. After I had my prostate removed, the urologist became concerned as my PSA test results kept gradually climbing. It was slow but as he said, it shouldn't be climbing at all.

At the same time I was scheduled for a sleep test. The technician told me I was interrupting my sleep over 45 times an hour by snoring and not breathing, and I got a CPAP machine to use every night. I began sleeping soundly through the night and waking up feeling much better.

The next time my urologist tested my PSA, the score had plummeted almost to zero. He asked me if I had changed my diet, was taking vitamins, was using a prescription drug, because it shouldn't have dropped like that. The only thing I could tell him was I used a CPAP machine now and was sleeping much better. Since then the PSA test has remained barely detectable with no increase at all; the only thing he can conclude is my improved sleep boosted my immune system and that was why the PSA results dropped so suddenly.
